How do I return an item?
We stand by our products, and our service, guaranteed, because we value your business. We accept returns for purchases that fall within our policy guidelines below.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 15 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 15 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 15 days (noted in that item's particular item description). After 15 days no returns are allowed. Original sales receipt must accompany returns. Special orders or custom orders are not returnable.
All returns must be approved by Customer Service prior to being returned and require an RMA. To request the RMA information: email email@example.com or call 1-800-416-9243 ext. 6 between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
• All items to be returned must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition. This means: Must be in the original packaging and in new condition
• The box or packaging may be opened, but product and packaging materials are all intact
• Item(s) can’t not be assembled, or have any add-ons added to original item
• Must be without signs of wear or damage in any way
If any item you receive is damaged, defective or is the incorrect product, please contact Customer Service immediately. These items will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
All refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. All return products are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Once it is determined that your product meets the requirements to be returned, and you have received the RMA information from customer service, please ship the product to:
